PostArabic is used to provide Arabic shaping for the map display in DCMMS.
The PostArabic package provides Arabic shaping functionality for PostgreSQL. PostArabic is available from http://dcmms.sourceforge.net.
The package adds the following functions to PostgreSQL:
text shape_arabic(text)
text unshape_arabic(text)
text str_reverse(text)
PostArabic is released under the the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
