The DC Maintenance Management System provides a web-based application to record and analyze customer complaints and repairs in water supply networks.

PostArabic is used by the DCMMS application.
PostArabic is a module that provides Arabic shaping functionality in PostgreSQL.
PostArabic is required in order to display Arabic map labels in DCMMS. The DCMMS installer includes PostArabic.
You may also be interested in BMFO, a web-based application to manage bulk meter readings and flow estimates.
You may also be interested in the DC Water Design Extension, a set of free ArcView extension related to design and hydraulic analysis of water and wastewater networks.
