PDF Documentation can be generated with fop. The Formatting Objects Processor fop is available from http://xml.apache.org.

The documentation build file (Section 5.2, “Documentation build”) expects the fop.jar installation in the lib folder of the DCMMS module.

fop version 0.20.5 has been used.
